28 4 9Actions Report Solution The cheapest car that reaches 236 mph (380 km/h) is the Ruf CTR-3 for 306 000 Bucks / 67 993 CC. If you don't have enough Bucks, you can proceed through the story until you can join a faction and get 100 000 CC as a gift. The Ruf CTR-3 can be found at the dealer in Miami. Go to the spot in the video next to the Bonneville Salt Flats. You only reach the necessary speed on the road without any upgrades.Upgrading is also a good solutionThis solution just shows how you can get this early on in the game. Waste of CC.It's much better to get a Nissan Skyline, probably the best car in the game.
