Load up the mission 'Garage Chaos'. When the mission gets going inside the parking garage, set up a few turrets, start bouncing on a car, and wait a few minutes for all the scabs to die. Bloop!

Mcnichoj says there should be enough scabs to get this in one run, at worst two.
