Simply complete 15 workouts. Doing the same workout 15 times DOES work. What I ended up doing was the 10-minute Rapid Results Cardio Max workout. When the workout started, I pressed cn_start and skipped to the end of the workout (the button with the two arrows and the bar). This is by far the fastest way of obtaining this challenge.

Runner7922Hey Paul, sorry if I came across catty, but I did not give you a negative vote so I can't remove. You already had one before I added my comment to your original solution. But I can give you a positive vote now that you have worked so hard to optimize this solution.
Gamers who vote negative and don't say why really are poor sports.

Very simple to do. Just complete 15 workouts during January 2015 to get this challenge. The method I used was to do the Gatorade Recovery Workout as this is very short (only five minutes long). If you are not bothered about anything else, you can just sit in front of the kinect whilst the workout plays and this will still count as a completed workout. Once you have finished, you can simply repeat this 14 more times and your done. Using this method, you should be able to get the challenge from scratch in about 90 minutes.

Paul ZapWith the method in my solution, it only takes less than 10 minutes.
