CONFIG SETTINGS:

My solutions for this game assume the settings are done like following. I can't assure whether my solutions work for different settings.

Configs can be set from Main Menu - Config, or the Config item in in-game Menu.

Page 1 - Basic
External image
These are the same as the default settings, but it's important that they are not changed from the default. By pressing cn_X , you can reset all items on the page to the default value.

Page 2 - Text
External image
Set message speed (1st item) as max, and set skip mode (3rd item) as 'all texts' (the default value is 'read texts only'). The 2nd item (auto mode wait time) won't affect so no need to change it.

Page 3 - Sound and Page 4 - Voice do not matter.

CONTROLS:

Only showing important items. You already know cn_A will show next text don't you?

cn_RB start fast-forward mode. SKIP icon appears to show that the game is in that mode. Press cn_B to end fast-forwarding.
cn_LB fast-forward while holding.
cn_start show in-game menu.

In most cases, cn_RB is useful for moving to the next destination. The game automatically stops at the points where it should.

IN GAME MENU:

A brief description of the items in the in-game menu. You can call this menu by pressing cn_start while in story.

Back Log: shows recently displayed texts.

Quick Save: manually makes a quick save. The game automatically makes a quick save when a new chapter starts. Also quick saves are made when you meet delusion triggers or mapping triggers. So you won't need to make a manual quick save quite often. Maybe when you're going to quit the game for a while, making a quick save is a good idea rather than using a regular save.

Quick Load: loads a previously saved quick save data. The game can hold up to 48 quick save data. If the number of save data hits that limit, the oldest data will be deleted automatically when a new quick save is made. By pressing cn_Y , you can lock a data to prevent it from deletion.

Note that if you locked too many quick save data slots, the game had to do with the remaining slots, which might lead to losing a data before you use it. I recommend to leave at least 8 unlocked slot to keep the function properly running.

If you've already started the game, you might notice that the quick save data listed here have chapter numbers. So you can have a rough idea of which chapter you are playing by just seeing the quick load screen. If you want to know exactly the chapter you are in, you can just make a quick save and see that data in quick load.

If the chapter name doesn't show a number, that means you are in a specific story for some character. Reading the name might be difficult without a knowledge of Japanese language.

Save: saves the game.

Load: loads regular save data.

Tips List: shows in-game glossary.

Config: game configuration.

Help: shows game manual.

Return Title: quit the story and return to the main menu. Progress not saved (either regular or quick) are lost.

Aside from the basics shown here, I compiled a walkthrough for the whole process of completing this game. If you haven't started the game yet, the walkthrough might be of some use.
