After finishing the game once and viewed Over Sky End, start a new game. Then pull delusion triggers as follows. Please see my solution on no mistake in mapping triggers achievements for the notation used for mapping triggers. In short, choose all positive.

Chapter 1: positive, positive, positive, positive, positive/positive, positive, positive, positive, positive, positive, (mapping trigger: r2c1, r3c2, r1c3, r2c3, r3c1, r1c1, r1c2), positive, positive.

Chapter 2: positive, (mapping trigger: r2c1, r1c1, r2c3, r2c2, r1c2), positive, positive, positive.

Chapter 3: positive, positive, positive.

Shortly after you chose positive for the 3rd delusion trigger of chapter 3, this achievement will pop. I highly recommend to make a save there and also make a note on the save slot you used.

This achievement is unlocked by meeting the conditions to branch to the specific story of Hinae Arimura (hereafter called Hinae Route). The achievement unlocks at the point where the final condition to branch is met.

In this case, there's a short scene after you chose positive for this 3rd delusion trigger of chapter 3, and you have to read through the scene to see the achievement pop.

Make a save data here. If the achievement popped, you can go to Hinae Route anytime by loading this data.

After the conditions are met, the current playthrough is locked to Hinae Route and triggers chosen hereafter doesn't affect story branching. The story follows the main story line for a while. The actual Hinae's story starts in the middle of chapter 6, after the battle with a woman with pyrokinetic ability.

Shortly after the story branched, the game will stop at the 1st delusion trigger of Hinae Route.

Again, I recommend to make a save here and note down the slot for later use. For the actual details of Hinae Route, I've collected them up in my solution for the Hinae Route ending, so please refer to that solution.

Also to note is that the game don't branch in your 1st playthrough. You must finish the game once and get to Over Sky End before trying this achievement.

(got to Over Sky End - the normal ending)

Although the delusion triggers after the chapter 3-3 trigger described above won't affect the story branching, selecting positive for the remaining triggers too might be a good idea. If you came to chapter 3-3 with selecting all positive, then you can cover all the 24 positive delusion triggers in the main story by selecting positive for the remaining few. There will be the 4th trigger in chapter 3 (which has an additional trigger so that you need pull positive twice), and one each in chapter 4 and 5.

Solution for 【情報強者は事件を追う】 in Chaos;Child (basic tips for this game. Won't hurt to read if you haven't)

FURTHER DETAILS (basically you don't need to read this for achievements):

Just for the record, the trigger sequence shown in the summary part is not the only answer to meet the conditions for entering Hinae Route. Only that it's a sequence that has tested to work.
