Hi,

this achievement is to be obtained by getting 4 of the collectibles in the DLC of Lords of the fallen. For this achievement you have to find 4 coffins. Open them, loot them and you'll get the achievement after you have looted the 4th one.

Since the labyrinth is a pain in the ass (in my opinion) with it's several levers and rotating walls, I suggest you either stick to the video below to find them or refer to the excellently written guide to the game here on TA.

If you use the video, go to minute 7 in the video.
If you use the guide go to the last section called "DLC". You'll find all the collectibles written in bold letters.
