    UPDATE - BUG - Co-op
If you are host for a challenge and one of your partners wins, the marker will disappear but you will not get credit for it. (ProKiller 360)

Agility and Power challenges are denoted by either the agility level symbol or the combat level symbol, with 3 stars underneath.
The first challenges you are able to do show up when you reach the fisherman village as part of the story. There will be 2 melee challenges and 2 running challenges.
I was able to complete 15 after I had to return to the tower after
    *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***

Most of the ones I did weren't too difficult. Agility ones might take you a few tries but none of them are hard.

For combat ones, most melee ones are really easy. The weapon they give you seems to always one-hit kill the zombies. They also use way less stamina than you normally do.
I would avoid the Psycho ones (the dude that asks you to cut body parts and the like) until you have appropriate skills. I personally found the one where you have to throw zombies into spikes annoying as heck unless you just stand there taking a beating while pushing them into the spikes.

The only annoying one I did other than that required you to get 30 headshots in 1:30. If you do that one, the tip I can give you is to stay standing on the bus and keep back and forthing between the two big zombies. For some reason the headshots don't kill them, but if you wait between headshots each one counts towards the counter. They will die eventually but you can get quite a few off of them. I had to kill these 2 big dudes, the zombies in this area, the zombies on the highway on-ramp, and a few zombies below it.

The zombies on the on-ramp are REALLY easy to headshot (at least for me it seemed like it) since you're going up the hill at them. I had a lucky run for the time I actually won in that the zombies around the bus seemed very unaware. Most runs they would just start climbing on the bus.

Here's a video I found where, while taking a different route than me, shows how to headshot the big guys.

In the second area of the game, the only 2 difficult ones I found were the neck-snapping one and the running one for dodging spitters. For the neck-snapping one I would kick zombies then just walk around them and snap their neck. For the spitter one I just killed all of them (some instantly respawned but they didn't do that too much.)

All of the challenges I have done have been at safe zones, except for a few agility ones that were just to the NW of the tower, and the posters in the second area.

Pretty much any time I've done one of these, the same person has offered two or three. If you walk far enough away (essentially just far enough that they're off the minimap) you should see the symbol pop up.

According to my 'challenges' section in the quest log, these are all the challenges.

The Best Runner - Agility - The first few are given just NW of the tower, the next few are in the middle of the second area.

Dying Lunch - Combat - Can't quite remember where this is but it's in the first area. All Gun challenges I believe.

Family Doctor - Agility - First few are at the fisherman village. Next few are in the safehouse with Spike in the second area.

Jealous Runner - Agility - Again can't remember exact location but they're all in a safehouse in the first area.

Buckshot - Agility - At the Tower in the vendor room. 2 Combat Challenges.

Psycho - Combat - All at a safehouse in the North of first area. Most of these are pretty annoying if you don't have appropriate skills.

Ultimate Weapon - Combat - First few at the dock area, next few in East of second area. All very easy Machete challenges.

Posters - Combat and Agility - All over the second area.

Run For You Life - Agility - Safehouse in the North of second area. They require you to go out at night and reach a certain point with a level 2 pursuit level.

Elite1111111111As far as I can tell whenever anyone has made a new game its reset the progress but have never tested it myself. Commenters have said it does reset though.

Elite1111111111Well I would make sure you aren't spreading it thoughtout too many games. It probably goes off your max in one playthrough.

PSA: Parkour fever challenges also count towards this achievement - so do 5 combat challenges in the Slums (most of which are laughably easy) and finish the PKF runs for both cheevos.
