  The moment your app loads, a screen will pop up asking if you would like to participate in NFL Pick-off Sweepstakes. Accept the terms and you will immediately be on the correct channel. From here you will be able to make several pick related to upcoming games. Just make you picks and after three, this challenge will pop. If you need the TA App achievement still, make sure to snap this solution while making your picks, and you will be able to get both at once.

  This may be USA only. That would be my guess unless someone outside USA can confirm.

  Yeah, Canada here. No prompt either. I believe that because there is a prize associated with this sweepstakes, you must be a US resident (or just located in the US) to be eligible. Changing you Xbox region settings to the US could work, though I wouldn't want to try that, personally ; )
