How to unlock the Investor achievement

    Actions
    To play a hotel card, you must first complete any color property set. (Not railroads or utilities)

    Then, play a green "House" action card on the completed set. Finally, play a red "Hotel" card on the set with the House.

    As always, this is easier with a boosting partner, but should come rather quickly through normal play as well.
