This sounded more difficult to me than it actually was so in case anyone else was thinking that here are some steps to getting it and a few tips.

    1. First you need to reset all of the settings to the defaults. These are just some sliders and rules that you can change. Go to the "My NCAA" menu and in the Settings menu there's an option to reset to default settings. Theoretically you can use this menu option or go into the settings and hit 'X' to do the same thing. I used the 'X' option.

    2. Use a really good team (A rating) or select a team where you have already edited all of the player stats to 99. Using an edited team does not affect you getting the achievement. I used North Carolina and had already made everyone 7'6".

    3. Select a bad team to play against (C- or lower rating) or select a team where you have already edited all of the player stats to 10. Using an edited team for the CPU does not affect the achievement. I played against Duke and had made everyone 5'4" for getting the 14 blocks achievement. Not only did it make the game easy, it was also hilarious to watch.

    4. Play the game! The only setting you can change is selecting All American. You must play at the default 10 minute half length or you will not get the achievement. I played a game after changing it to 2 minutes and didn't get it, left it at 10 and got it.

Using edited teams makes it a cakewalk but if you enjoy the game and are good at it you could probably do it easily still by selecting a bad team to play against. I would recommend going for the achievment first or last since you have to reset all of your settings but last would be preferable so you're more familiar with the controls.

tons of puppiesTip: You can use the d-pad to adjust sliders a lot faster than if you use the joystick.

    JMJimmyTwo things:

    1) Editing teams isn't clear at first... you need to go to My NCAA->Edit Player, then LT/RT to find the team you want to edit. I used both Arizona teams to make them easy to find/quick to get to in the edit list

    2) to add to tons of puppies tip, if you hold the D pad in the direction you want to go then flick LT in the opposite direction it will trigger a fast slider where it goes down by 5-15 points at a time. Saves a LOT of time. If it doesn't trigger right away, flick a couple more times - you can tell it's working when the ticking noise stops.
