Sorry I Made You Wait This is basically the same achievement as saving Chris as Jill, just only obtainable in the play through using Chris.
So you need the 3 MO disks which only 1 is in the mansion by getting the yellow jewel in the eye socket of the buffalo (same room as you get the red jewel, see video)
1)Once you have the yellow jewel go and put it in the tiger statue (1st floor west side of mansion, behind the bar). The Tiger statue will turn and give you the first one.
2)The second one is outside the projector room when you first enter the laboratory (almost unmissable).
3)The third one is in the projector room which you unlock by using the computer in the operating room in B3 of the Laboratory.

Then inserting the disks in the Pass Code Output Terminals located in X-ray room B, Morgue, and Power Maze B you will unlock the door to the cell area.
