To start, there are 101 challenges needed for this achievement. This achievement will likely be your last or second last achievement you unlock (depending on how much you fool around in the process). I'm not going to explain how to get every challenge as many will be unlocked along the way; however, I will share some tips for some challenges that seem to have given people the most trouble. My biggest tip is to complete the game whilst keeping challenges in mind but not directly focusing on any specifically (recommend upgrading weapons that require ultimate upgrades to complete challenges first). Another recommendation to start is loading up your campaign through the co-op campaign feature as you will likely have people join from time to time and likely get you to the three hours required for the co-op achievement (I had 3.5 hours without making a boosting session). As an added bonus you can bookmark a challenge and your partners will often be nice enough to assist you.

Gold medals: pretty simple and shouldnt take too long to complete. For the flying missions I recommend upgrading your flight tree as early as possible as everything in the game becomes easier.

Legionnaires: many people have found this to be the hardest enemy to spawn. There are the two ways to go about this (you can mix the two). When killing Dex (which is its own challenge) he will sometimes be accompanied by 2-3 Legionnaires, so keep looking for him. Alternatively, raise your notoriety to level 5/6 and then fly to the nearest marshalling grounds (you'll unlock these along the way) and teleport to any of the other ones. 1 or 2 Legionnaires should spawn upon arrival, if not then rinse and repeat until you hit 30.

Soul clusters: if you see them collect them, but dont prioritize them until after the game is completed

Guns & abilities: As you run through the game I recommend saving the vacuum stomp (right on d-pad) the soul sucker (left on d-pad) and the worship (down on d-pad) challenges for last as they pair together well when grinding the guns. Now, there is an intersection on the top left corner of the marshelling grounds in downtown. I recommend grinding here as plenty of enemies spawn, there's lots of space, and you can build your notoriety up, kill the archdukes and rinse repeat easily. As a bonus, the armoured vehicle return spot is right there and there is also a vending machine down the street. Save the greed gun from the seven deadly weapons for this as you can easily build up that cash needed for upgrading. Use your worship as soon as it's available, use the soul sucker on flying enemies and use the vacuum stomp to mop up all the cash on the ground. You'll be surprised how much progress you can make in such a short period.

Rambulances: I found them hard to find, but the forge is usually your best bet as there are lots of civilians and not as many enemies. I recommend doing a loop near one of the vending machines so you can hop out and lower your notoriety to prevent enemies from blowing you up. I went through 5 ambulances only to obtain around 40 kills. I got my last 160ish in one ambulance doing this.

Tomes: some of them are hidden well. Even with the collectibles map some of the icons are covered by vending machines etc. (Seven deadly sins Tome for example). Here's a link to a website that helped me with a couple

Barnstorming locations: I had 72 by the end of the game. Just make sure you fly underneath all the bridges, and between every knook and cranny downtown as many of the locations are here

Thanks for reading. Please give me a thumbs up and feedback you feel is needed. If you have a question or feel something should be added let me know. This game is one of the more enjoyable games to grind and with the collectibles map unlocked, it makes things even easier.
