Same idea as my solution for getting SSS rank on 10 missions for DMC.
DmC: Devil May Cry: Definitive EditionI only take special jobsThe I only take special jobs achievement in DmC: Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition worth 65 pointsBe awarded a SSS rank on 10 different missions with Dante

This achievement is SIGNIFICANTLY easier you might think. It doesn't matter which difficulty you do the missions on. Therefore, you can do these missions on Heaven or Hell difficulty. The score requirements for Heaven or Hell seem to be different than the score requirements for the other difficulties. Most people just run through heaven or hell quickly shooting everything (I say shoot because you shoot guns with Dante, but it's your swords you shoot out with Virgil) since this clears the enemies quickly, but the base score for this attack is REALLY low. However, the base score for hitting enemies with your right trigger attacks is much higher. Just run around and hit everything with RT + Y or jump and use the bee attack and you will get more than enough points to get the SSS rank. You don't even really need to worry about getting your combo up with other weapons. Just use the basic attack with arbiter.

Other notes:
Harpies and the little bugs in the air are a bit trickier. Using RT + X to pull them towards me actually killed them on heaven or hell, but didn't give me any points. I did shoot my swords on these guys to give me some points. You could jump up in the air and hit them with RT+Y, but I found it to be too risky since you can't get hit more than 3 times.

For the ground enemies with the shields you can break their shields with 3 RT+Y attacks. However, I felt like sometimes this took a while and my combo multiplier would start to go back down. RT+B damages these enemies even when they have their shield up. I think the base score is a bit lower, but you might find it more beneficial to keep your multiplier up. I was able to get the SSS rank on each mission just using RT+Y to get their shield down, but you might want to try RT+B if you're not quite getting there.

I did this on missions 1,2 3,4, and 6.

Of course, make sure you have all collectibles on a level before you try to get the SSS rank.

You can get hit on heaven or hell and it doesn't count as a death or an item used. It shows 3 golden orbs in the corner, but these don't count as lives used or items used. When you get hit a 4th time it will count as a death and decrease your score by 30%.

I'm honestly AWFUL at this game and even I managed to do this on heaven or hell. I had the #2 score on most missions when I went to the leaderboards.

If you have any questions feel free to comment and I will respond. I could potentially upload a video of myself doing a level if people want to see it.

Mission 2 is the trickiest. JayD101 had a comment that might be useful:

I was having trouble with mission 2, I kept getting around 50,000 style. I found that using RT + B in the air and then again for the stomp move is much better than anything else when enemies are grouped together. I use Killer Bee for single enemies and Drive + Stomp anytime there are 2+ enemies. Then you don't have to worry about the flying enemies, I just shot them all and got 66,000 style which easily gave me the SSS.
