    The way in which I unlocked this achievement is I went on the easiest prison (center perks) and spent most of the day building up my speed and strength. Then once they were both at around 80 to 90 i knocked out an isolated guard and stole his baton (make sure to do this near evening roll call and so that the other guards don't see you). Then you want to attend the evening roll call and go to sleep for the night and save. Once waking up go to the roll call and knock out the all the prisoners there with the baton (you should easily be able to get all of them with one hit if you have built your strength up). After doing this just quit to the main menu and launch the save again and rinse and repeat. This method also works with the disrespect my authority achievement.

    Knock unconscious a total of 50 inmates. This one is easily done by simply working out until your strength is high. The Higher the better. Then pick a decent weapon such as a battery+sock or soap+sock and swing for the fences. This is cumulative so it should come naturally.
