    This Achievement cannot be missed for a main story line quest titled 'Welcome Back'.

    From m0rph3us17's (xbox 360) solution:
    Clown Syndr0me has reported a glitch (as of 15/9/13) whereby the final mission of the game could be accessed prior to completing some of the earlier missions, including this one. For this reason, you should make sure you save regularly and run multiple saves, just in case!
