    In the large cavern with the furnace, there are pieces of lavarock (flaming rocks) falling from above. Just let yourself get hit by them.
    There are two sources for the falling lavarock, one up and to the right and the other is up and to the left. The lavarocks all follow a very similar path, just beware there are two paths so if you place yourself in the way of the rocks you should get hit by alternate rocks.
    You may also get this naturally when flying around doing the other objectives.

    In the room with the lava rocks shooting up into the air from the volcano at the bottom in Chapter 3, let 5 of the lava rocks bounce off your head. It has to be 5 difference rocks, but it doesn't have to be 5 in a row so don't sweat it if you miss one. Check the walkthrough video at timestamp 0:17:30 for this one.
