If you're a veteran of Call of Duty zombies, this may be pretty easy for you. On the first game I managed to get the 25. Just note that this version of zombies, while seemingly easier, is much more fast paced. Here's some general tips:

-Pick up perks early in the game. Acquiring perks is the easy part and not where most of your money will go. Make sure to get the Exo Medic perk at the start if you are playing solo. It functions the same as Quick Revive in normal zombies where if you go down, it automatically revives you. You also do not lose your perks in solo. In Co-Op you lose them if you take too long to be revived.

-Make sure to get the new special weapon, and use it on the special zombies when trying to run around. It acts as sort of a railgun type weapon.

-Run a train of zombies in a pattern to keep them grouped up. Try not to use the exo jumps and such too much to avoid splitting the group. The best room for this, in my opinion, is the big circular room through the left door from spawn.

-Avoid electric zombies like the plague. They disorient you and prevent you from exo jumping away from danger. Try and hit them with the new weapon before they join your zombie horde.

-After acquiring every perk, start upgrading your weapons. The Cel-3 Cauterizer should be one, and the other should be a pretty powerful MG. Don't worry about ammo because dog rounds come pretty often, and upgrading your weapons refills their ammo.

If anyone has any suggestions for improving on this, let me know before downvoting.

To reach those higher rounds you need to get the right gear, make sure to upgrade your weapons and KEEP MOVING!
As far as weapons go I prefer the CE3 Cauterizer Shotgun as my main and something explosive as my secondary (all can be bought from the 3D printer). Pick up the contact grenades (because they don't have a timer) from the back of the Holding corridor and get the distraction drones from the 3D printer (great for getting out of a tight spot or reviving teammates).
Now that you have the gear just stay outside and run around letting the zombies gather behind you then take cheeky shots at them all in a line. Leave one or two alive (if they are crawlers even better) and use the time to upgrade your weapons and restock grenades. Then kill the ones left alive and repeat until round 25.
