  This achievement is earned for finding optional photo #3. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen below:

  Back in the Dark Room when you are told that you will be killed, you will be given 4 options. Choose "One Last Picture".
  
  Collecting all 10 photos will also reward you with the following achievement:

  I got this award, but it did not pop on my x1.

  The only thing I can suggest would be to delete your game save or make sure it's not XBL's lag fault.

  Same here, unlike the other glitched achievements, however, this did not unlock upon reacquiring the photo. I did it about 5 times
  
  Edit: There appeared to be a lot of issues for me with this episode's achievements. After a hard reboot, all except the one for 'getting all the images' stated 100%.#
  This morning, I opened up the game and left it on the photo screen, after coming back from work just now I can they all unlocked.
