To unlock this achievement you must start a new game any time after 8pm and complete it before 8am the next morning.

Can easily be done within the time if you rush through, though it's also easily possible to do while 100%ing it (see the walkthrough for more info).

Here's a quick guide to rushing it (if this is your second playthrough, this should take you less than two hours. if it's your first, I'd advise going to the walkthrough instead):

Chapter 1: Out of Course

-Examine the power box in front of your car to turn the lights on for the gate
-Go through the gate
-Push the statue in the Graveyard to reveal the key
-Use the key on the front door to enter

Chapter 2: A Door Slammed

-Enter the Office and save the game
-Go to the Dining Room and light the fire with the logs
-Open the chest next to the fire and grab the gramophone record
-Interact with the gramophone
-Pick up the key from the dining table
-Go to the Library
-Turn on the lights and grab the key from the cookery book
-Go to the Kitchen
-Set the lights to on in the Kitchen only
-Grab the dagger from the table
-Set the lights to on in the Corridor only
-Return to the Library
-Plug in the table lamp and grab the nearby dagger
-Use the table lamp to highlight posters so you can plunge daggers into them
-Interact with the revealed bookcase to open the secret door to the study
-Go out into the corridor and turn on the lights to get the light bulb from the chest
-Move the nearby cabinet and plug in the cable

-Move from spotlight to spotlight, collecting the letters needed to spell out SELENA
-Go to Selena

-Head to the Study and put the bulb in the lamp on the desk
-Turn on the lamp and go through the door to the Lobby
-Run past the apparition and turn on the light switches on the other side of the stairs
-Go up the stairs

Chapter 3: One Star Can be Enough

-Go to the Spare Room and enter

-Move from spotlight to spotlight then interact with the piano
-Follow Selena
-Go to the spotlight with the bed and pull the light switch
-Pull it a second time

-Turn on the lamp in the corner of the room
-Move the bed
-Interact with the spy door twice
-Grab the Key from the wall
-Enter Bathroom 2 and grab the hair brush from the cupboard
-Run to Selena's Room
-Turn on the lights and place the hair brush at her feet
-Go through the wardrobe
-Turn on the table lamp (the switch is by the bed)
-Aim the lamp at the curtain pull
-Pull it to open the curtains
-Aim the lamp at the chest
-Open it to find the key to the Music Room
-Turn the lamp back on
-Aim it at the door to the Music Room
-Push the cupboard out of the way and go inside
-Interact with the Piano
-Follow Selena out on to the Balcony and grab the two logs
-Light the fire in the Music Room
-Examine the globe and turn it until a secret panel is revealed
-Use the panel to line up the puzzle: Saturn - Earth - Moon - Fireplace
-Open the Moon for the Music Box key

-Go down to the Lounge on the Ground Floor and open the music box
-Grab the sheet music
-Run through the army of apparitions into the kitchen
-Go back to the first floor

-Go to the Music Room
-Light the candle next to the piano
-Place the sheet music on the piano and play it
-Follow Selena to the Attic

Chapter 4: On a Trail of Blood

-Enter the Storage room and wind you way to the gramophone record at the back
-Put the record on the gramophone
-Follow Selena around the room
-Turn on the fuse box when you get there
-Turn on the lights in the Art Room
-Move the painting at the back of the room
-Go to the Storage room and turn on the lights next to the wheelchair
-Enter the Hobby Room
-Examine the floor highlighted by the light from moving the painting
-Grab the cellar key
-Leave the Attic

Chapter 5: Between Preys and Hunter

-Go to the Ground Floor and use the lights by the stairs to clear the way to the Cellar
-Go down to the Cellar

-Use the lamp in the Save Room to kill the apparitions and highlight the valve on the wall
-Enter the Wine Cellar and kill the apparition in the corner with the light switch
-Interact with the electricity Box until all lights on it are "on" (ie: black)
-Go to the Wine Cellar Storage and interact with the valve until you hear running water
-Go to the valve in the Wine Cellar and interact with it until the pressure changes
-Go to the Save room and interact with the valve until the pressure changes
-Go to the Boiler Room and flip the Power Lever
-Grab the Axe
-Go to the Secret Passage in Wine Cellar Storage and turn on the nearby light
-Push the barrel out of the way
-Use the axe on the blocked door
-Enter the passage

-At the end of the passage, use the lamp on the table to highlight the chest
-Grab the mask from the chest and put it in the base near the lamp
-Position the lamp and mask so they highlight three symbols on the wall
-Input those symbols with the buttons near the door
-Enter the maze

-Most of the maze involves turning left when possible
-There's always patches of blood on the floor leading in the correct direction
-You'll soon reach a large cavern
-Go down into the water on the right to find a lever and pull it
-This will open a window and cast a shadow
-Get out of the water and go all the way to the left
-Use the buttons here so that the shadow matches the symbol above the door to your left
-Once it's open, head to the other door on the right of the cavern as it will also be open
-Run like hell through all of the apparitions until you reach the clock
-Interact with Selena and grab the dagger
-Place the dagger in the rock
-Turn the dagger until the symbols click into place and a roof covers half the clock
-The symbols on the rock are matches up to the numbers I, II, III, IV and V
-These are the symbols you need to press on the floor around the clock
-This opens a doorway for you to leave through

Chapter 6: Dawn Will Not Come

-Leave the grounds via the gate and head to your car
-Interact with the boot of your car twice
-Follow the spotlights to the right
-Interact with the grave at the end
