This achievement is pretty much story related and cannot be missed.
A little over mid-way through the Episode 1: Back to School, you will be inside a school. You will come to a room where you need to use your scanner with
to search for evidence. Evidence will light up in green and can be scanned with
Evidence #1: Document on the desk in the middle of the room
Evidence #2: Cardboard box in the room to the left
Evidence #3: Back in the first room, right side of the room, there is a printer with a picture of a guy holding a phone
After you've scanned this 3rd piece of evidence, the achievement will unlock.
