  You get points in single player for:
  -Completing Objectives - 500
  -Non-Lethal Takedowns
  1 - Arrest subject - 250
  2 - Melee/Taser Takedown - 100
  3 - Arrest a target with a Warrant - 1000
  4 - Incap target with Warrant - 500
  * note that 3 & 4 go toward Capture all Warrants Alive Achievement
  
  -Spotting Targets - 20
  -Spotting Objects - 20
  -Finding Evidence - 200
  -Disabling alarms
  
  Any area you are not put into combat you can arrest all targets. Use the toss shell/rock option to pull enemies grouped or within sight line of each other. You can freeze up to 3 people at once(look for badge icon above their heads). When you say "freeze" move your aim over all three so their aggression meter does not turn red. Quickly take down the first and then move the cursor over the others again.
  
  This really isn't an achievement you need to grind unless you want to get your level up before you get to far into the story. I played on Veteran without intentionally retrying and had this done by the middle of episode 6.

  Hello, if you want to get this Achievement by Episode 2 then follow this solution.
  
  Now what I did was I kept on "taking down" the warrant target which gave me 500 points every time. Now you can do this very easy on Episode 2 and it doesn't take you long at all. You can get 500 points in 10 seconds I would say. But hey, if you want even more pull out your stun gun and stun the guys around you. But make sure you leave one alive to kill you so you can re spawn at the checkpoint you will see in the below video.
  
  There is NO need to reset checkpoints or restart the level for this to work :).
  
  It's as simple as that doesn't take you long at all and you get to unlock all the weapons to help you in the further episodes.

  You can keep replaying episodes and keep your stats so if you dont reach level 15 on your first run through you can go back and get things you missed like warrants and evidence etc.
