  This takes place on Episode 10 - Legacy, and can be easily attained as you proceed to the mansion grounds. Continue following paths towards the main objective and you will go uphill to a base with 3 windmills and a radio tower nearby. On one side of this base, there is a steep rocky cliffside, with a small yellow crane at the top, as well as a helipad. Make your way around the base towards the top of this area using dirt paths. When you reach the top, you'll notice a small dirt path leading away from the crane/helipad towards the main objective. Follow the path and you'll find the dirt bike. Get on the dirt bike, proceed forward until you find a ramp, and jump into the mansion grounds.

  Done it twice last night (giggiddy) and it didnt pop. Ill try again later on for the craic and see what happens. It popped straight away on my ps4 :(

  Tried it several times and it didn't pop. After I went up to the crane and took out the two guards like Daggertoes83 said in this comment it finally unlocked.

  Swapping controllers worked after restarting the checkpoint about 5 times

  The guides are great, but no one mentioned that if you go for the Social Climber achievement, you have to play Episode 10 again.
  
  I went for Social Climber, killed everyone and then carefully climbed down the mountain side, found the dirt bike and jumped in. The music got very psycho billy and no achievement.
  
  All of that said, I replayed the level on Cadet and as soon as I jumped in with the dirt bike voila.

  Not true. I was able to get Social Climber, then sneak out of the mansion, go around to the dirt bike, and get the Dare Devil cheevo. Sometimes the Dare Devil cheevo just doesn't pop. For me, I had to restart checkpoint about three times before it popped. In particular, I believe Dare Devil may not pop if you hit the brakes before running into the wall of the mansion. The first time that I went all out throttle, until I hit the wall, the cheeve popped with no problem, even after getting Social Climber first.

  In Episode 10: Legacy continue your way through the mission towards the main objective whilst following the signs for the helipad. As you are walking your way up the dirt path to the helipad and on your left will be a ramp up to a wooden decking area, where there will also be a dirt bike. Get on the bike and accelerate forwards and jump off the end of the ramp and into the mansions grounds.
