Upgrade Quests
There are 9 total Updgrade Quests that are available to you after you succeed in capturing and defending the relay station. All quests are available right at the start and you can complete them in any order. This achievement requires you to all 9 of these quests. Doing these quests are very helpful for upgrade your Relay Base Camp so do as many of them as you can as you have to defend it during each of the 5 Nightly Attacks/Invasions.There is not a lot to them, each takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes. There are 4 types:

a) Cargo Hijack: These involve capturing an enemy truck and driving it back to your relay station while trying to avoid it getting damaged.

b) Mountaineering: These require you to use a combination of wingsuits, grappling, and climbing skills to found lost gear on mountain tops and cliffs.

c) Supply Interception: Only had 1 of these. Requires you to find 3 lost supply bags (small yellow bag) before your enemy gets to them. The game hints for you to get to these quickly but I found no penalty for taking too long, but I guess its best not to push your luck.

d) Shepherding: There is also only 1 of these. You must defend cattle (ie Yak) against an attacking predator (in this case, snow leopards). Easier with hunting syringes and good weapons. Take out the predators before too many Yaks are killed. Also, watch out as both yaks and leopards can harm and kill you.

As mentioned above, there are 9 total Upgrade Quests, I have listed them with their coordinate starting location, type, relay upgrade unlock, and a brief description of the steps I did to complete them:

1) Coordinates: X587.1 and Y392.7
Cargo Hijack: Disciples are gathering building materials in the temple ruins. Hijack their truck and drive it back to the Relay Station.
Unlock: West Side Fortifications Upgrade for free at the Relay Station
Steps Summary: Go to enemy camp, take out 5-6 enemies, hop into druck, drive it back to camp without taking too much damage

2) Coordinates: X556.4 and Y443.6
Cargo Hijack: Disciples are delivering oil barrels to the Sky Shrine. Hijack their truck and drive it back to the Relay Station.
Unlock: North Side Fire Traps Upgrades for free at the Relay Station
Steps Summary: Go to search area, killed 3 enemies at a camp then spotted truck nearby. Had to shoot driver and passenger before hopping into truck, drive it back to camp without taking too much damage

3) Coordinates: X518.9 and Y439.1

*This one involved some climbing and grappling to get to
Mountaineering: Disciples were setting up a Fixed Grenade Launcher. Wingsuit and Grapple your way across chasms to find and retrieve it.
Unlock: West Side Fixed Grenade Launcher Upgrade for free at the Relay Stations
Steps Summary: Wingsuit over to the first mountain. Climb and grapple it to top, then wingsuit over to the 2nd mountain. It was tricky for me to parachute to a platform with zipline. Zipline over and climb up 2nd mountain to retrieve grenade launcher.
*No enemies, did encounter wild dogs or wolves and an eagle during climb

4) Coordinates: X356.0 and Y 484.7

Supply Interception: A plane just dropped supplies for the Disciples. Find the 3 Supply packages before the Disciples get them.
Unlock: Body Armor Upgrade for free at the Relay Stations
Steps Summary: Simply enough, go to each of the 3 waypoints and look for small yellow satchels, taking out opposition along the way. I started with the one on the far left (west) and moved right (east) doing the north one 2nd and south one last. I would pick up the grenade launcher near the mission start to take out enemy snow mobiles.

5) Coordinates: X500.0 and Y277.3
Cargo Hijack: Disciples are gathering building materials in the nearby ruins. Find their truck and drive it back to the Relay Station.
Unlock: South Side Minefield Upgrade for free at the Relay Station
Steps Summary: Go to search area, watch out for angry Bears and Yaks!! Look for truck, take out driver, hop into druck, drive it back to camp without taking too much damage. A special note, this was a slightly longer drive than the others but was still not too bad.

6) Coordinates: X690.3 and Y531.6
Mountaineering: Disciples were setting up a machine gun nest in a high vantage point. Grapple your way along precipitous cliffs to find and retrieve the machine guns.
Unlock: South Side Mounted Machine Gun Upgrade for free at the Relay Stations.
Steps Summary: Start grappling at X677.2 and Y543.1. This mission involves some tricky grappling. My advice is to look all around for each grapple point and to stay attached until you see button prompts for climbing (“A”) or detaching (“B”) indicating that you are near a ledge you can safely climb to or land on.
*I found my first yeti while completing this mission. Wound up farming the spot and getting 3 of the 5 for the one achievement here.

7) Coordinates: X728.8 and Y441.2
Cargo Hijack: Disciples are gathering building materials at the scrapyard. Hijack their truck and drive it back to the Relay Station.
Unlock: East Side Minefield Upgrade for free at the Relay Station
Steps Summary: Go to search area to find truck. There were no enemies but the truck was damaged in the middle of a pack of wolves (I counted 6). It is easiest to take out the wolves and then repair the truck in peace before hopping into it to drive off. Any that you don’t kill, hopefully will leave you alone until you drive off and run them over! This was similar to #5 on my list with being a longer drive (~600m) but I still only took minimal damage.

8) Coordinates: X687.9 and Y411.8

Cargo Hijack: Disciples are loading Elixer onto a truck at the distillation shack. Hijack their truck and drive it back to the Relay Station.
Unlock: West Side Barrel Traps Upgrade for free at the Relay Station
Steps Summary: Go to enemy camp, take out the 4-5 enemies there (warning I found 1 heavy and a couple of snipers). Once cleared, take the truck and drive it back to relay station. It is a short drive back but very perilous along a cliff, watch out to not fall over or have enemies try to ram you off.

9) Coordinates: X742.8 and Y391.3
Shepherding: The Hunter is unable to attend to his herd of Yaks. Protect them from Snow Leopard’s attacks. At least 10 must survive.
Unlock:Garden Upgrade for free at the Relay Station
Steps Summary:Make your wave over to the search area where the Yaks are (and the snow leopards will be attacking). Keep a safe distance from the Yaks but watch out for snow leopards. There are 4 waves of leopards. I counted only counted about 6 leopards total.
*This would be much easier with a hunter’s syringe to see the approaching predators (in this case leopards). I did not have any yet so I climbed onto a middle mound and just used my binoculars.
