Go to Online Multiplayer > Ranked Matches

Play 10 matches in the qualifying rounds (all at once or on separate occasions) to get your Tier Rank. There's Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Good news is that you don't need to win any matches to qualify. Even if you lose all 10 (I went 3/7) you still get your rank and the achievement.
