    Occult Generals is the boss of chapter 2. If you want to unlock the achievement just kill him. For that kill the flying skulls around him. It's more simple if you run to the second floor. It's a save spot if you can kill skulls rapidly. When all skulls are killed, you can fire the head of generals. The video below will show you an example for kill him.

    Occult Generals are the guys who are flying in the air surrounded by skulls orbiting around them.
    Get rid of all the skulls (one shot) and then headshot him, repeat a few times.
    If you play co-op be sure you get the last/killing shot to get the achievement.
    The first General appears in the "Cathedral of Resurrection" - 2nd level of the game.

    EhrenfriedI only played it coop.
    But it should unlock solo too.
    You will have plenty of chances to kill those in the levels ahead.
    Most of the achievements didn't unlock when I was playing, thought they patched it already.

    Catching ZZZsDid they ever fix this? April 2017, and I killed one of them but no achievement. I did it solo.

    Legohead 1977I got the kill solo when I did Subway to Hell, the occult general was the final boss. Prior to that two of us played Cathedral of Resurrection and neither got the achievement!
