How to unlock the Fight Back achievement

    Punches thrown is a stat tracked within Xbox Fitness, so if you've already done plenty of workouts involving punches, this can already be done.

    Many are reporting the game auto-unlocks it without requiring any additional input, or auto-unlocking with the update datestamped in the past. In my case, the achievement was on "Done! Unlocking..." until I loaded a workout with punches. After the first punch, the achievement unlocked.

    Otherwise, this serves as an extension to Furious Fists. I would recommend Mossa Fight 1, as it also gives progress towards That Was My Everest.

    MathGuy42Mobility & Strength - Upper Body has 4 drills that count punches: Drills 32, 33, 36, 37. Credit to SherlockGecko for finding this and posting in a thread awhile ago. (We had been discussing the current punching challenge.)

    Mossa fight 1

    set 1 round 1 is 20-30 seconds of punches do the round when it changes to round 2 pause and skip back to round 1 and repeat just got about 20% in about 10-15 mins
