The boss fight is Wilderness Push-Ups, a re-skin of Push 'Em Up. The score to beat is approximately 532,000. If you beat him in week 3 handily, this should be much the same. Without failing any of the freeze sections, you should get to max level in plenty of time, with 30-40 seconds left. Around this point, you should definitely be able to get 95%+ Perfect push-ups, giving you a chance for another achievement.

Shape UpLumber LifterThe Lumber Lifter achievement in Shape Up worth 27 pointsDo 30 perfect push-ups in a row in Wilderness Push-Ups.

The score goes up exponentially, so proper form is most important. I find the Kinect tracks you best at a 45 degree angle, giving you more Perfect push-ups. If you can't do standard push-ups, you can do them from your knees, but your feet still need to be touching the ground!

Last but not least, if you don't have the upper arm strength to last a minute and a half, there's no shame in shouting Xbox Pause or having a wired controller to give yourself a breather.
