How to unlock the Sanguinary Covenant achievement

    To get this you must talk to Titchy Gren in Undead Purgatory. You must have a Token of Spite in your possession.

    You can find a Token of Spite in the bottom of the pit in Majula, in a chest underneath the wooden floors and ladders. You can also get a Token of Spite by besting a red phantom.

    To get to the Undead Purgatory, go from the Bridge Approach bonfire in Huntsman's Copse. Go over the stone bridge then take an immediate right. Go uphill and across a wooden bridge. Continue uphill and through a narrow passage. Be careful as enemies drop down in the passage. At the end of the pass you will come to a long wooden bridge, walk across it and mind the gaps. At the end of the bridge there will be a red phantom with a greatsword. Kill him, or bait an attack and pass through the fog gate.

    Defeat the boss (Executioner's Chariot) then go up the stairs just after the lever you pull during the fight. Inside the room will be a bonfire and Titchy Gren (surrounded by candles and blood). Talk to him (with Token of Spite) and he will ask you questions, agree to everything (except the last question - see note) to get the achievement.

    Note: you do not need to join for the achievement to pop, you must simply reach the decision window (join: yes/no).

    smekkesI had one achievement that said "Done... unlocking" but it wasn't this one.
    Covenant of the Meek unlocked last night, so guess it was that one.

    However while I was typing this, I clicked yes for what i believed was the last question, and got one more question. And then achievement popped! Guess it was my own fault ;P

    So its yes on 3 questions before joining covenant comes up.

    Van Damme IEIf you are having problems with this not popping, go to the cat in Majula leave covenant and go back to Titchy Gren and rejoin, it popped for me on the join screen.
