    I had this achievement by the end of chapter 5. Just don't buy anything and sell all your frag grenades each time you come to the black market salesman. I think i had 50,200 or so by the end of chapter 5 and i wasn't using a guide.

    I got this achievement by playing thru a few levels and upgrading a few weapons then I sold everything to get the 50k and then reloaded last checkpoint.

    It's much easier when you just load up any chapter around 7-9. You'll have like close to 40000 rubles at 1 of those starting positions. Then all you gotta do is go into the black market and sell whatever you have. You'll get the achievement and just exit the game to the main menu. You don't lose anything you sold because all you did was load up a chapter save.
