  This is easily done during the first Heist (The Fleeca Job, easy) Finale:
  - Get to the bank without losing any health;
  - When you're inside, stay near the door while keeping a look on the witnesses (after having destroyed all the cameras as fast as possible) and the other player is drilling through the lock;
  - When he's done, both of you immediately jump inside the Kumura (if the driller is too slow, he might get shot by the police) and get away.
  
  As the car is an armoured vehicle, you'll have no problem going through the police chase and completing the Heist Finale without taking any damage.

  When you get into the Kuruma, you're safe from bullets, BUT if you crash into something at very high speeds, you CAN get hurt *(even inside the car). Be cautious going through the police barricades.

  (Octobot Super said that, although it's highly unlikely, you can get shot while in the Kuruma)
  
  If you're having trouble not getting shot, make sure you're playing on easy!

  oh and btw i got this as driver and my teammate had taken some damage because i broke the passanger sides door of as we left the bank (be careful not to drive backwards while your partner enters the kuruma^^) and he took a little bit of damage, so it's not that both need to be unharmed..

  Can confirm, as driver just enter the bank, then exit the bank, get back in the car and shoot through the bank door to scare witnesses and you should be okay.

  That's weird, I remember a couple times getting Swiss cheesed as driver in the kuruma when I slowed down to drive past cop blockades, bastards just shot right through the windows of the kurama somehow and wasted my ass

  Flecca Job is easy but you can also get it during the Prison Break with no trouble because you are in multiple vehicles and shouldn't be shot at.
  
  1. Play as demolitions
  2. Drive to the bus
  3. Shoot the driver and steal the bus
  4. Deliver the bus to airfield
  5. Destroy bus
  6. Drive to the buzzard and shoot the guard
  7. Stay in the buzzard and use homing rockets on the jets. They won't attack you.
  8. Escort your teammates to the end

  Playing as Pilot works for this one as well. Stay over the city until your timer is about to run out, then fly straight to the airfield and do laps around it while the demolitions guy takes out the jets. As long as you don't face plant into the rocks on your parachute landing you are golden.

  It can work as a pilot however it is common to get hit by a bullet from the ground. Happened to a couple of my partners. Demolitions is safer and easier but as long it worked for you, that is all that matters. Congrats.

  The first heist - The Fleeca Job - is the earliest opportunity, and the easiest, to gain this achievement. The only possibility of failure exists when the cops show up after robbing the bank. The short run out of the bank and into the vehicle is the pivotal point to this getting this achievement here. If even one stray bullet hits you, it's over, so here's a sneaky tactic.
  Upon arriving at the bank, here the car park within one foot of the doors, enough room to get into when leaving. Have the passenger get out and stand by the bank door. Then have the driver order their vehicle from the mechanic and have them park it squarely by the driver's seat. Then will cause anyone getting in the mission vehicle to pop inside without needing to run to the door.
  Rob the place then get in the mission car. There's no way to be shot now. Easy achievement.
