    Here is a Video for the achievement. Go to Thousand Cuts and while on the way to do the mission The Once and Future Slab, before you go and do this mission turn left after the Bridge and there is the guy asking you to shoot him in the Face.

    This achievement is unlocked by completing the mission "Shoot This Guy in the Face." The mission can be found in Thousand Cuts near a ledge by Broke Face Bridge. There will be a bandit standing there asking to be shot in the face.

    ...I think you can figure out what to do after that.

    In addition to the other guides I want to add that you can create a level 30 character in the main menu if you own the "Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary" DLC.

    This level 30 character already completed all of the main quests except the last one and you have unlocked all locations.

    After that simply travel to Thousand Cuts and complete the mission (shoot him in the face). toast

    DrvnnnI can attest to this solution as well! Just did this while traveling to thousand cuts to do some phase locking.

    Note: instead of running all the way around to this quest you can actually just jump into the gap that’s behind him and it’ll spawn you in front of him.
