    The Captain does have a mission in Triton Flats. He is up near the Lunar Junction. Thanks to Dylan XBA for reminding me about this missing part. Also thank to Kanchanaburi for suggesting this is a two part or sequence of mission for The Captain.

    You get this mission in Vorago Solitude southern most area. You a have to defend the Captain as he stands at attention. You have to kill 15 bad guys grab his arm support and hoist the flag a few times. Enemies are at level 23-24 so be careful, a mixture of sergeants and soliders from lost legion. Once all that is done pop goes the achievement.

    I do not know how to solve this so if anyone does please let me know and I will update this

    Claycrow17I did this earlier today and it unlocked fine for me. I was a level 26 or 27 Doppelganger and killed all the enemies around before I turned it in.

    KanchanaburiIs it possible this is a two part mission? I already did the triton flats mission. So maybe it is worth reorganizing the solution to state first you must do one, and then the other.

    x BIG DOM xThis is a two parter as such with The voyage of Captain Chef being the first part and then also completing the Eye to Eye mission. Then the mission Return of Captain Chef becomes available for this achievement.

    GR34TD3STR0Y3RGlitched, have completed both The Captain and Eye to Eye.

    Edit, I have no idea... but I completed a totally random mission that had nothing to do with this or the above two missions and it just unlocked for me.
