FaSCoRPKeep in mind the "East Pumping Station is missable". I finished the game almost twice and that was the only spot missed. It is because you have to jump near the cricket player called "The Don". If you don't go somewhere the enemy base and down west, you will miss as stated. No mission leads you there.

Kanchanaburihonestly, i don't understand this guide. Does red mean missable? or you won't go there without a mission, because that's not true. Outlands Spur, there are missions at all three red areas. SO does green then mean missable? And east pumping station and then talking about the cricket player which is Vorago and there is nothing marked on the east. Honestly, very confusing.

A Dank SlothI did every optional quests while on my way to End game and I can 100% confirm that "East Pumping Station" is NOT missable! Not sure how op got that part but it worked for me after I did everything besides discover locations.

Dark2099This is super late but Kanchanaburi: The circled areas are indicating where the named areas are on the map. There is a legend on the left side of each image.

A Dank Sloth: This guide was not made by me, credit was shown at the top of the post. Other users have indicated that it is missable, so perhaps something has changed since the guide was created. They may have patched a few of the bugs when adding the BL3 DLC.

Phoenix C64I completed all side missions and most other achievemtns before doing this.
I was missing East Pumping Station too.
achievement popped when I walked into a tiny building on the most east side of the area
Haven't played BL3 yet, I hope they improved on this kinda stuff with some tracking or challenge or something.

MacDOfGlasgowI was missing Pyroclast Grotto in Serenity's Waste and, unsurprisingly from the comments on this solution, the East Pumping station. All others came naturally from playing the main game and side quests.
