The game doesn't save when you buy or sell a bike so you can use this to your advantage.

Go into My Bikes, sort by price and sell all your expensive ones to make a load of credits.

Then go into Dealership, list all and repeatedly buy the KTM RC390, the 7000cr bike. You'll need to do some calculations to see if your credits will buy enough, you can see how many you have, either by counting them in My Bikes, or by comparing games with a friend. If you realise you can't buy enough, exit to dash and quit.

When you get the 50 bikes and the achievement pops, exit to dash and Quit the game. When you return it'll be back before you sold any bikes, so you'll have your good ones back.

Do not go into any other menus
Do not sell your default bike, it'll cause a save when choosing a new one
Do not go into Customise bike, it save when you back out

Note: I would suggest doing a small test yourselves before selling all your bikes. This worked for me after realising I had lost purchased bikes after one of the many game freezes.
