Work For It Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

For this Challenge, You need to get a total of 1 Million Fitness Points on any mix of the "P90X for Xbox Fitness" workouts. (Meaning you can do any combination of these 5 workouts, as many times as needed, and you do not need to do all 5) Like the name of the Challenge, you are going to "Work For It"!

You can find these workouts in the "Featured Content" section.
Select "P90X for Xbox Fitness (Beachbody)" by Tony Horton and purchase the full Program.
(If you haven't purchased this yet)
After the program is purchased, you can start. (I usually wait until its installed)

Full Program Cost: $59.99 ($40.00 during Gold discount period)
# of Fitness Points needed: 1,000,000
Avg. time of workouts: 35 - 50 min
Avg. Point values: All workouts seemed to have the same point scale per minute but depends on your skill and performance
(Note: This challenge does not count points from previous workouts with this Program)
# of avg. amount of workouts: 10-15 (depending on Performance)

Genre: Strength & Cardio
Equipment: Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Power Stands (or none)
Primary Muscles Worked: Full Body (depending on chosen workouts)

Name of each workouts you may chose to do:
- Chest, Shoulders and Arms (35min) - Strength
- Fighter X (50Min) - Cardio
- Legs, Back, and Core (40Min) - Strength
- Power Core (45min) - Cardio
- Total Core (45min) - Strength

Challenge Reward: 10 Stamps

Note: Stamps don't get rewarded until you finish any other workout.
Suggestion: Do one of the Gatorade Recovery Workouts as they are quick and actually good for you after a workout and you will receive your stamps.

P90X workouts are made to be challenging, so drink plenty of water and spread your workouts far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Make sure you taking the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day! Have fun, "Work For it" and get some more stamps for those other achievements!!
