  The Wilkersons live on a farm estate all the way on the Eastern part of the map. There are 3-4 quest regarding them. The last quest tasks you with escorting 3 survivors to the Wilkersons so that they can make a trade of goods. You get this achievement once they tell you to leave the area.

  I did all missions and didnt unlocked the achievement. What's this? Same happened with mercy shot.. this game has some issues on achievements indeed.

  Yeah I didn't get this achievement either. Idk why tho. I did all missions I believe. I hate to start the game completely over just for this achievement. It'll probably take a long time unfortunately. Ugh

  First things first, Accept every mission!!1 Lily will try to get you to miss this achievement. DON'T LISTEN TO HER!!1 Always go with the option to Accept mission or Add mission
  
  The Wilkersons live on the east side of the map.
  
  There are 5 missions for this achievement.
  First you must complete a few story missions:
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Complete the missions to get to the church, spot and get the medicine and save Lily's brother. This will allow the first wilkerson mission to be available

  
  
  I think that it is guaranteed that you will get the first wilkerson mission.
  - The first mission is a defense mission and is one of the harder missions in the game, so bring a gun with lots of ammo, health and stamina items.
  - The second is just talking with the wilkersons.
  - The third is escorting someone.
  - The fourth is called Nervous survivors and does not really seem like a wilkerson mission until you do it. It takes place at the barn next to the drop off location from the previous mission.
  - The fifth mission, one of the wilkerson's guys comes to your place to escort people for a trade. After this mission, you should get the achievement. It might not pop, but if you check afterwards is should be completed.
