How to unlock the Full Crew achievement

This achievement is easily missable. Once you finish Main Quest: Ugly Baby, Secondary Quest: Brothers in Arms will automatically begin.

I will make sure to avoid spoilers other than the fact that these people are in the game, so you can read on safely.

The quest sends you to collect allies. Each ally you collect is tied to a quest which you must complete in order to send them to Kaer Morhen to help in the battle. You must complete the quest and convince them to go.

The achievement will unlock immediately after the final person agrees to go to Kaer Morhen. If you think you've got everyone and haven't had the achievement pop, you're missing someone.

The allies, and their quests, are below (Letho is optional, since it's possible he's dead due to events in Witcher 2):

    Velen
    - Letho - Reardon Manor (near Lindenvale) - complete Secondary Quest: The Fall of House Reardon
    - Keira Metz - complete Secondary Quest: For the Advancement of Learning, telling her to go to Kaer Morhen (as of patch 1.10, according to comments you do not need to recruit her though another says you must)

    Novigrad
    - Vernan Roche and Ves - Temeria Partisan Hideout - complete Secondary Quest: An Eye for an Eye
    - Zolton Chivay - Rosemary and Thyme - just ask!
    - Triss Merigold - complete Main Quest: Now or Never

    Skellige
    - Hjalmar an Craite - Kaer Trolde - ask whoever is ruler
    - Ermion - Gedyneith - just ask!

The following will not come with you even when you ask them - they can be safely ignored:

    - Emperor Emhyr Var Emreis
    - Sigismund Dijkstra
    - Crach an Craite
    - Cerys an Craite (If you speak to her and she is ruler, she will send Hjalmar)
    - Folan and Vigi - Go with Hjalmar

PhilTheStampedeYou kinda dicked a lot of people over by saying in the comments that they should try not to complete Now or Never or that Truss is missable if you don't say "I love you".

You should probably be a little more clear on this. I know it's old, but still. You just have to complete her quests and that's it. She'll show up at Kaer Mohren if you complete Now or Never, regardless of if she stays.

DjshepThis didn't unlock for me so I hard reset my Xbox, loaded an earlier save and re-completed the last recruitment mission. Popped right away. Its worth saving beforehand just incase you need to do the same!

Riy4dDidn't pop for me, I had to quit the game, restart my Xbox and then load a gamesave just before the last reruit (that was hajlmar for me). Talk to him and the achievement unlock right away. It's not the first time I have to restart and load for a buggy achievement on this game

The SCHWARTZ 00I can confirm, on my end at least, that I didn't have to travel to Velen to recruit Keira. I slept with her, and convinced her to go to the Witcher's fortress when I took on her quest line. However, later on in the game, the moment the Brothers In Arms questline popped up, it immediately said I completed the Velen portion without me having to do anything extra.

TB4COHi everyone! I can confirm it works on New Game + too. if the cheevo did not pop for u after u recruit the last person, just restart ur Xbox and load right before u talk to the last person, and the achievement should unlock!

DenverMax27Definitely buggy...this didn't pop for me the first time. I quit the game, restarted my Xbox, and reloaded a save from the start of the Brothers in Arms quests. Also not sure if it makes a difference, but whereas originally I did an order where Emhyr (a refusal) was the last person I asked, this time I asked all the refusals early and had Ermion (an acceptance) be the last person I asked.

IAmJackSladeI don’t remember rounding everyone up as I thought I let Letho die. But, after talking with Roche, the achievement popped for me. This is my second full playthrough although I left a long time between so the software version would be different. So, maybe it’s popping because of recruiting everyone across my saves? 🤷🏻‍♂️

CommanderKeen11Although this is an old topic, I also had to replay this one as it was bugged for me in the first run. Second run I didn't skipped the dialogues, maybe that is an issue as well

jantranceIt didn't unlock for me. I didn't have Keira Metz. Game version is 1.60 and both DLC installed.

Jet KlaatuI'm 99% sure that Letho is NOT required for this achievement.
