This achievement is obtained by finding the secret portal in the second-to-last level of the single player DLC campaign, "Jamarly".

Right before the end of the level, your two totem pieces will be separated and upside down. You will fall through a vertical shaft where you are forced to move left and right while you switch colors before hitting two eagle medallions to revert gravity back to normal.

Normally at this point, you would fall to the right and proceed to the end of the level. Instead, fall back down the vertical shaft you just came from. If you successfully navigate the shaft all the way down, you will find a pair of portals at the bottom which teleport you to the end of the level. As soon as you teleport, the achievement is unlocked.

The achievement is named after the large neon sign that can be seen just above the portals as you fall into them.

EDIT:
Vexx3600 has also confirmed that he obtained this achievement by falling upwards through the portals instead accidentally. So if you can position yourself to the right and into the portals, you may unlock the achievement that way.

Special thanks to Sangriaz who went through the effort to record a Youtube playthrough of the level. Skip to 2:03 in the video to see the start of the achievement.
