  Here is my Walkthrough from the Escape! Nightmare Level. After you reach the tavern and meet with Annette (unmissable, storyrelated) go upstairs before you leave the tavern and you will find the Bed aka Nightmare Level.

  Another glitched achievement. Completed this shit and nothing.
  
  Edit: Took doing it 3 times for it to unlock. This games great but the achievements bugging constantly stresses me out.

  Here is my personal video of the quickest way through the nightmare. This video assumes you already got there, if you need how to get there, the other videos should help. (It's upstairs once you get to the tavern).

  This nightmare level can be found in Chapter 4: Escape!.
  
  Its location is shown in the following video, starting at 2:47.
  

  As a general strategy for the level itself, I tend to always turn the same direction after going through a door, and then go back if I reach a dead end. This is a sure fire way of reaching the end of the level, and you will occasionally need to find a key to access the last area.

  I would like to point out, the achievement is for COMPLETING the level, not finding it, so this is not a proper solution for this achievement.
