    UPDATE: I'm removing the Uber "tip" as it seems most people aren't having any luck with it. I did all of these on I Am Death Incarnate difficulty and you probably should too.

    This is a video of the Caves Challenge Map in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.

    To obtain Gold, you must be playing on "I Am Death Incarnate" or "Uber" difficulty. The gold medal is rewarded at 26900. For higher scores go for headshots (600 points) and try to keep your combo active as you receive an extra 200 points for each kill in the combo.

    After you kill all the enemies in the cave and head towards the elevator to exit the challenge, stop and wait as more enemies will spawn and run towards you. I was not able to get Gold without killing these enemies.

    Gilbert PrimeThis is a good level to use throwing knives. If you get the target in the head, it's worth 600 points in addition to the enemy's value (200 throwing knife+200 stealthy+200 headshot). Grabbing the mounted heavy machinegun spawns two extra guards at the far end of the cave. Also it's the best weapon for the drones and to headshot/combo the last guards that spawn when you enter the lift.

    Ol Dusty TrailsI didnt know that I should wait at the elevator for more guys to come. Was wondering why I kept coming up short even with headshots and pretty much everybody...

    BoxKingKevinI been using the machine gun at the elevator and it seems to keep crashing the game. Do NOT use the machine gun after you killed the big guy or anywhere in that final room with the elevator. For some reason that breaks everything.
