UPDATE: I'm removing the Uber "tip" as it seems most people aren't having any luck with it. I did all of these on I Am Death Incarnate difficulty and you probably should too.

This is a video of the Workshop Challenge Map in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.

To obtain Gold, you must be playing on "I Am Death Incarnate" or "Uber" difficulty. The gold medal is rewarded at 17200. For higher scores go for headshots (600 points) and try to keep your combo active as you receive an extra 200 points for each kill in the combo.

If you are wondering how to unlock this Challenge, you need to save either Kessler or Annette in Chapter 6. One path leads to unlocking the Bathhouse map, and the other unlocks Workshop.

Here is another solution from Game Boys of Colour if you're struggling.

OldSchoolBloodGetting a combo right away by going straight ahead and up the stairs on the right and back towards the beginning is key. Within 30 sec you should have 3-5k or start over. Pick up assault rifle ammo along this path and then jump the railing or hit the stairs on your right and run to the start and camp behind the car. You should have 1 shot in the Kampfpistole. Use this on the Heavy. With luck you will get a multi kill and a nice combo. Sometimes enemies get hung up on the stairs railing, perfect place to try group a few together. This is what worked for me scoring 18100.

OppaErichGrrr, that 2nd video is gone. I've done about a dozen runs and my best score is 14600 so far, usually around 12000. cry

I was unsuccessful using the other methods. I found a method that worked for me and hopefully some others that may be struggling.

You will need to play on "I Am Death Incarnate" difficulty (at a minimum) and achieve a score of 17,200 points.

This method is not effective 100% of the time. The AI need to come at you in a sequence that will give some combos. You don't need a lot of them, but some are mandatory. As you see in the video, run left and harvest some supplies and get your guns sorted. Take your time. The AI will not mess with you, and it takes a few for the stairwell to clear out. As you can see I arrived a little early. Once you get past that part, it is really easy. It just takes some luck to get the AI right, and headshots/explosions only. I was able to reach gold about 1/3 of the time this way.

JRAycfc00Finally did it with this guide, thanks!
I also found sniping a few of the zombies at the beginning useful.

Whiteb0y357Don’t know why this isn’t the top solution.

CitrineWorm138Fantastic solution, I was getting very frustrated with other approaches but this one worked a treat for me. It is a bit luck based with how the enemies come at you, as noted, but if you get a couple of groups lined up you'll definitely get the achievement.

Similar to the video from "Game Boys of Colour", I found that if you run all the way up the staircase to the door to the exit, that it's a good choke point for soldiers to run up to you. For some reason soldiers will tend to get caught up in groups a few levels down, so you'll usually only face 1 or 2 at a time.

Before you run all the way up to the top, at the foot of that staircase will be a Heavy Soldier attacking some Shamblers (if you time it right, the Heavy Soldier will be past the doorway already attacking the Shamblers. If you're too early, the Heavy Soldier will be there to greet you with his shotgun). Kill them all quickly with the semi-auto shotgun for ~1200 points to start off your attempt.

This combined with killing Shamblers and then using the sniper rifle to pick off enemies in the distance toward the end (you'll have to come down at least one level from the top for this), means you'll probably get gold very quickly. In my experience I got it on the 3rd attempt using this method, and I didn't rack up large combos, just the occasional +200 point combo here and there.

sjpsjpsjp@BoatManJuzz07 I'm sorry to hear that - it worked fine for me. Keep practicing?

Johnny OlaThanks for the great "stair method" tip! It was a little hard to get the points high enough, but I got lucky after a few failed attempts. This was the final achievement for me!

RengraveThis method really helped. I found it worked best to clear the troops and zombies that start on the first floor, then circle around the edge of the room clockwise which draws the shotgun guys into the room. Then sprint along the back wall and up the stairs. In between soldiers coming up to you, you can snipe headshots on troops down below who usually stand still and make for easy shots. Took me about 4 attempts, but then I scored 19000 using this method. Thumbs up!
