33 1 0Actions Report Solution Your first chance at this achievement is in chapter 6. *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You can first get the 10 Pipe Head Explosions in Chapter 6 (Ruins). After a few steps you will encounter the Nazi zombies for the first time. If you aim your melee attack right at the head it will "explode" and count. While you have plenty of opportunities during this chapter to get the 10 head explosions, you can also get it right at the beginning by reloading the first checkpoint. The Tough Skin perk is pretty useful in this chapter because you are mainly attacked by zombies or dogs through melee's. "Though Skin" reduces your health loss from melee attacks.
