    Your first opportunity to do so would be on Level 4-5.

    Guards with dogs will start chasing you as along as you're in their line of sight, even though they could be a few spots away. Deliberately run into the sight of the three guards with dogs, and the achievement will pop. It's unlikely that you could survive after being chased by the third dog though.
