When it comes time to select a heir, you'll notice that characters will have traits listed under their title. Characters can have up to two and the traits are completely random.
To get this achievement, one of your selections needs to have nothing listed under the title. As this is random, you could get it right away or may have to wait several generations. The achievement will pop after confirming your character selection.
