How to unlock the Biophobia achievement

    Actions
    For newer players to this game (or game genre), this will come quite quickly. Over the course of trying to conquer the four main bosses, you will easily die 20 or more times. If you want to get this achievement quickly, you can easily start a new character, walk to the first room, and just get killed by the first enemy or trap you find.

    There is no realistic need to grind this achievement, but you can if you want.

    alex1sqcThis achievement seems buggy to me because I've died maybe at least 50 times i'm like level 96 with a lot of upgrade on the castle and I still didn't unlock it is anyone having the same issue?

    RadicalSniper99Unfortunately, I do not have any advice or tips for a fix. If anyone else viewing this guide does, please feel free to comment. Do you have it showing as Done...Unlocking or anything like that? It does need to be 20 generations of characters so if you're fighting a remix boss I don't think those deaths count.

    Laura ElizabethI'm having the same buggy issue, stuck at 85% complete, dying and starting a new generation doesn't advance it. I did start a remix boss around that time, so I'm wondering if that glitched that save file. I'm going to try a new save file and just quickly die 20 times.

    RadicalSniper99There seems to be an acknowledgement by the developer that there are some bugs. They will likely respond but have stated they want to patch a bunch of issues all at once

    Laura ElizabethOn a new save file, it started working again (after 12 deaths, it started increasing with each death, with #15 giving me the achievement at 100%). If you get stuck, try just dying quickly on a new save.

    Jess StrykerI also thought the achievement didn't pop when it should have, but I'm thinking maybe it's 20 times in one play session? Doesn't seem to match with what Cecil is saying, but the first time I played, died 15 or so times, and the achievement didn't pop until my 20th time today.
