This achievement is very straightforward and easy to get.
The first thing you want to do is load up the Big Bank heist. You could either wait for it to pop up in crime.net or if you don't feel like waiting just go into contract broker, go to the dentist, and buy the heist on normal difficulty, which will cost you $188,000 from your offshore account.
After you load up the contract press RB to go to the preplanning section and then press X to start preplanning. You have to use all 10 favors, so what I did was buy the thermite - counting rooms under the "safe cracking plan" section and the locate keybox under the "additional mission equipment" section. They will add up to 10 total favors and $20,000. Of course, you could buy whichever favors you want to as long as you spend all 10 favors.
The achievement will unlock as soon as you start the mission up.
