UPDATE: Credits to Fooga for letting me know that the grappling hook glitch has been patched with the release of The Following DLC. Not a big deal, follow the vids and you can nail this legit.

So here's the vids I found of this guy Gary Nicholson on Youtube doing every single run. It hasn't been mentioned but the day and night runs stack, so you might as well just go ham at night, which is what I've been doing because I don't want to do all of these twice. Realistically night runs aren't any different than day, it's just a little harder to see. You can pretty much get away from the Volatiles and the Virals no problem.

And finally, here's the location to "Not So Obvious" if you have trouble finding it.

Credits to Gary Nicholson wherever you are, maybe throw some likes on his vids, I did. Cheers!

So, this is more of a supplement to the above solution(s). There is a really strange Easter Egg in this game that comes in handy for many of these runs. The grappling hook glitch has long been patched so this is the closest thing to a little help that we can get.

What you are looking for is the Pyza Suit and it basically functions as a cape like in Mario Bros. You can do really long jumps with it. It is not a miracle device but it will help if you know how to use it.
