This achievement is unlocked by completing the Fighters Guild quests. You will likely unlock this at a high level.

Notes:

All of the quests are the same regardless of which alliance you chose, however the locations that you have to visit may vary.

To avoid spoilers and due to the fact that the quests point you exactly where to go and what to do, I will not write walkthroughs of each quest. Instead I will explain how to get to them.

Each quest requires a minimum Fighters Guild rank to receive. To view your rank go to your skills and scroll down to 'Fighters Guild'. To level up in this you must kill daedra and/or undead. Destroying Dark Anchors also gives you experience.

The order of cities as I mean them is the order in which you progress through natural progression of each territory:

Dominion: Vulkhel Guard > Elden Root > Marbruk > Vulkwasten > Rawl'kha
Covenant: Daggerfall > Wayrest > Shornhelm > Sentinel > Evermore
Pact: Davon's Watch > Mournhold > Stormhold > Fort Amol > Riften

Most of these quests take place in solo dungeons. This means the level of the enemies will be the same as your level.

The quests are as follows:

1. To begin the quest line join the Fighters guild. This will be at the start of the game in the beginning city. You will receive an invitation, go to the guildhall and join the guild. (If the invitation doesn't come then just go to the guildhall and speak to Aicessar / Basile / Hilan depending on your alliance)

2. (Rank 1) Anchors From the Harbour: In the first city guildhall. Speak to Sees-All-Colors. You will go and find guild members who were investigating Dark Anchors.

3. (Rank 2) The Dangerour Past: Go to the fighters guild in the second city. Talk to Sees-All-Colors. You will search a Dwemer ruin.

4. (Rank 3) The Prismatic Core: Go to the fighters guild in the third city. Talk with Sees-All-Colors. You will go into the past to understand events.

5. (Rank 4) Proving the Deed: Go to any guildhall and a courier will approach you. Talk to the courier to initiate the quest. You will investigate Jofnir's death.

6. (Rank 5) Will of the Council: The courier will run up to you again and give you this quest. You will enter Coldharbour and destroy the Mortuum Vivicus.

The achievement should pop upon completion of the final quest above.
