This achievement is gained once you earn and spend your first champion points.
Champion points are a new system of points that develop your character stats.
They are unlocked and begin getting earned once you reach veteran rank 1. This level is unlocked as soon as you hit level 50. Once you are veteran rank there will be two bars in place of your level progress bar. The bottom one represents your progress to your next champion point.
Gaining experience will increase your progress towards the champion point. The fastest way to do this is to complete quests. You will only need 100,000 experience because you will have an 'enlightenment' period. This shouldn't take long to get.
Once you have earned a point go to your menu, then champion. Place you point in an available slot and the achievement should pop.
