    Used to be available at level 20 but DanSh0wSt0pper confirmed that he got it it at 16 at which you will need to travel to Castle of the Worm.

    DanSh0wSt0pperCan confirm that you don't need to he lv 20 in order to do this. I was lv 16 when I did this quest

    SaucySlingoSorry I wrote this a long time ago before their level restrictions were removed. Thanks for the confirmation I will update.
